Records Management


Records Management helps you take care of your business needs. We offer three basic services: Courier and Delivery, Mail Processing, and Records Management.

Courier and Delivery

  • Interdepartmental courier envelopes.
  • Outgoing mail and packages.
  • Incoming mail from rented PO Boxes at the 2nd Street Post Office.
  • Boxes and files stored at the Sonoma County Records Center.

Mail Processing

  • Metering of USPS mail with barcoding to obtain postal discounts.
  • Processing of parcels for USPS and UPS delivery.
  • Training customers in mail design and the completion USPS and UPS forms.

Records Management

  • Records retention schedule development, maintenance and implementation.
  • Records storage, retrieval and maintenance at the Sonoma County Records Center.
  • Records Management training and consulting.
