<p>The County of Sonoma and <abbr title="Engineers and Scientists of California">ESC</abbr> met for their fifth bargaining session onMay 24, 2018.  The <abbr title="County of Sonoma">County</abbr> revised its initial proposal to add a 2%one-time lump sum payment and 8 hour floating holiday, and responded tobargaining team members’ questions regarding the calculations and reasoning forthe revised proposal. ESC Labor Negotiations Summary

<p>On 6/19/2019, the County of Sonoma and <abbr title="Engineers and Scientists of California">ESC</abbr> met for their 23rdmeeting.  The parties engaged in lengthy and substantive discussions aboutoptions to move closer to reaching agreement on a comprehensive contract. The parties are scheduled to meet again on July 1, 2019.</p>

<p>The County and ESC met on July 1, 2019 for their 24<sup>th</sup> bargaining meeting.  The parties developed a conceptual framework for completing the negotiations, and will confirm the status of a potential tentative agreement on July 9, 2019. </p>
