Santa Rosa Man Sentenced to 7 Years Prison for Stabbing Assault of Local Woman

Defendant Jessie James Graham, 41 years old of Santa Rosa,was sentenced today by the Honorable Bradford Demeo to the maximum term ofseven years in prison after a Sonoma County jury found him guilty in May ofthis year. Following the six day trial the jury found the defendant guilty ascharged of committing felony assault with a deadly weapon and causing greatbodily injury. Read full story

Defendant Nery Estrada-Margos, 40 years old of Santa Rosa,was sentenced Tuesday by the Honorable Bradford J. DeMeo to 9 years plus 25years to life in state prison after having pled no contest in June to FirstDegree Murder, Assault with a Deadly Weapon causing great bodily injury, andfelony charges of Domestic Assault.
