Agricultural Flood Damage Assessment
The Sonoma County Department of Agriculture/Weights & Measures (AWM) is conducting a preliminary data capture to evaluate potential damage and/or loss sustained during the December 2022 – January 2023 rain events in Sonoma County. AWM may contact the reporting party for additional information. Data collected is for AGRICULTURAL RELATED damage and/or loss only. All information is confidential. This information will be used to compile a damage assessment report for Sonoma County in order to qualify Sonoma County for possible federal assistance. Please attach additional pages as needed. Please complete and return your assessment form as soon as possible but no later than February 28, 2023. If you did not experience any agricultural loss, please indicate “NO LOSS REPORTED.” The assessment form may be returned to AWM by:

- Dropped off at our office between the hours of 8:00 am and 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm Monday – Friday
- Placed in the drop box outside of the main office
