EFS ACE32 – PeopleSoft Unavailability

PeopleSoft will be unavailable as part of the Annual Catch-up Event (ACE) starting next week, March 5, 2020, at 5:00 P.M.

March 5, 2020 at 3:00 P.M.The Supplier Portal will be unavailable.  Posted bids and RFPs will remain on the Portal.  However, bidders/suppliers and County staff will be unable to access/edit any information until Monday March 9th.
March 5, 2020 at 3:00 P.M. through March 8, 2020The Treasury department will not be accepting deposits during this time. Please prepare accordingly to have deposits in by March 5, 2020 by 3:00 P.M. or to be held until March 9, 2020.
March 5, 2020 at 5:00 P.M.PeopleSoft 9.2.32 update will begin. PeopleSoft 9.2.28 will be brought offline at this time.
March 6, 2020Wires will not be released March 6, 2020. Please ensure all wire requests submitted to the Treasury and ACTTC-Claims have wire release dates either before March 6, 2020 or after March 8, 2020.
March 6-8, 2020EFS PeopleSoft will be unavailable.
March 9, 2020 at 8:00 A.M.EFS PeopleSoft 9.2.32, and the Supplier Portal, will be online and available for use.

Why is this Update Occurring?

The EFS Support Organization utilizes the latest Images provided through PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) to complete the Annual Catch-up Event (ACE). This annual process will bring us to the most current Image release, available at the start of ACE, offering improved system security and stability. Individual critical fixes identified by the EFS Support Organization will be applied throughout the year to keep EFS PeopleSoft stable and secure.

The EFS Support Organization continues to work diligently on meeting our Annual Catch-up Event milestones while also offering support to the EFS end user community.
