The Enterprise Financial System Support Organization has successfully completed the Annual Catch-up Event ahead of schedule. We are happy to announce EFS PeopleSoft is now available for use.

Please note: Links in approval emails from PeopleSoft received prior to Thursday, March 11th, may no longer navigate to pending approval pages as expected. Pending approvals will be available from the "Approvals" tile on the PeopleSoft homepage or the Worklist.

Recommendations before accessing EFS PeopleSoft

To ensure the best experience using EFS PeopleSoft after the Annual Catch-up Event, we recommend the following steps:

  • Clear your Internet Explorer browser cache before accessing EFS PeopleSoft for the first time. The procedure to clear your browser cache can be found by clicking here.

Journal Upload spreadsheet updated

As part of updating PeopleSoft, the Annual Catch-up Event also includes a new version of the Journal Upload spreadsheet. There is no change in functionality with the latest version. The zipped installer "Journal Upload installer" and installation procedure "Installing Journal Upload" may be accessed from ACTTC SharePoint location by clicking here.
