  1. Call to Order
    Chairperson Crystal Norris called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm.
  2. Adoption of January 2019 Minutes
    1. Report: Crystal Norris asks if there are any additions or corrections to the January 2019 minutes.
      Action: A motion was made by Al Ferris to accept minutes; motion seconded by Jeff Holden.
      Passed with: 8 ayes, 0 nays, 5 absent.
  3. Correspondence
    Fish and Game Commission notices.
  4. Financial Reports for January and February 2019
    1. Report: As of February 28, 2019, the General Fund balance is $15,231.56.
      Action: A motion was made by Brock Dolman to accept financial reports for January and February 2019 as presented; motion seconded by Sharon Ponsford.
      Passed with: 8 ayes, 0 nays, 4 absent.
  5. New Business
    1. Grant Request: Funding of Rain Gear for CDFW local wardens.
      Report: Demitri Esquivel, CDFW and James Reed, CDFW appeared before the commissioners in support of their grant request to purchase specialized rain gear for the three wardens who work in Sonoma County. Demitri and James answered commissioner questions as to the quality and need for the rain gear. First Reading.
      Action: The second reading will be at the April meeting.

    2. Grant Request: Funding for International Bird Rescue.
      Report:

      There was not a representative from International Bird Rescue at the meeting. Chairperson Crystal Norris was able to explain their project to the other commissioners. Chairperson Norris will contact the requestor to remind them that they must be present at the April meeting. First Reading.
      Action: The second reading will be at the April meeting.
