Sonoma Public Infrastructure (formerly General Services) is an internal services department that provides services to other county departments, that in turn provide services directly to the public.

Sonoma Public Infrastructure (formerly Transportation and Public Works) administers critical services and infrastructure, including roads and public transit, an airport, multiple waste disposal sites, water systems, as well as regulation of air quality and emissions.
