A. Public Assistance Systems Technician and Supervising Public Assistance Systems Technician – Human Services Department – Position Classification Review Study
Recommendation: Adopt the new classifications of Eligibility Systems Support Technician, Supervising Eligibility Systems Support Technician, and Human Services Systems Technician; approve the reclassification of three (3) Public Assistance Systems Technician positions to Eligibility Systems Support Technician, one (1) Public Assistance System Technician position to Human Services Systems Technician, and one (1) Supervising Public Assistance Systems Technician position to Supervising Eligibility Systems Support Technician, and retain the incumbents pursuant to Civil Service Rule 3.3B; and abolish the classifications of Public Assistance Systems Technician and Supervising Public Systems Technician.
