Accessing Mental Health Services

Our Access Team is the first contact for requesting mental health services. They determine the level of need for mental health services, provide assessment, linkage, and information and referral for mental health services for children, youth, and adults.

Crisis Services

Anyone living in Sonoma County who is experiencing a mental or emotional crisis can get help in person or over the phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Substance Use Disorder Services

We provide a wide range of substance use treatment services for adults and youths.

Family Support

We contract to provide support services to family members, loved ones, and allies of mental health clients throughout Sonoma County.

Mental Health Patient Rights Advocacy

Support for mental health rights, education, client advocacy, access, and participation, and complaint resolution.

Mental Health Peer Run Self-help Centers

We contract with West County Community Services to sponsor four peer run self-help centers in Sonoma County.
