    1. John to move items from Strategic Plan related to objectives and Archives Task Force to a separate document

    1. Archives Activity
      1. After correspondence between Sonoma County Library and Coroner's Office, the  Coroner has decided to keep the items they removed previously
      2. RFP for Archives Inventory and Rehousing of The Archives available for review now, due by February 13, 2020:  https://sonomalibrary.org/about-us/contracting-opportunities/request-for-proposals-archives-inventory
      3. Discussions occurring regarding lease renewal on Los Guilicos Archives site, which currently ends on March 31, 2020.

    4. Collections & Archives Recognition Awards, March 2021
      1. Eric Stanley spoke with Ray Johnson, President of the Sonoma County Historical Society (SCHS), and he states the SCHS Board is okay with HRC participating during their awards.
      2. Eric Stanley to talk with Ray Johnson to have brochure/flyer on hand at the March 29, 2020 meeting regarding Collections & Archives Recognition Awards.
      3. HRC made a decision to start the awards in conjunction with the Sonoma County Historical Society in March 2021.
    5. Outreach
      1. Steven Lovejoy writing an article about 1850-1853 "Court of Sessions" documents.  Case files are now held at State Archives.  Steve reviewed items in our local Archives and located 3-4 bound items.
      2. John Murphey received a request from Katherine Rinehart and will update in March 2020 regarding his article.
      3. Steven Lovejoy requested HRC presence at Sunday, March 29, 2020 Historical Society Awards & Luncheon.  Eric Stanley said he would discuss with Ray Johnson regarding tabling.
