        5. Library Commissioner Report  
          1. Update by Erika Thibault:
          2. Completed an aspirational staffing study and have made a recommendation for a full-time Archivist if we continue to manage the County Archives, based upon funding and space.
          3. Received word from the State of California State Library, there are going to be a second round of grants for the Building Forward Together Program. Approaching municipal partners to apply for grant funding to improve our buildings.  The Library will apply for improvements to the H&G Library.
          4. Question from Steven Lovejoy:
            • It is great you are considering hiring an Archivist, it is needed.
            • Are you pursuing with the County to get funding for the Archivist that is being proposed?
              • Answer: Yes, that is the plan. We are requesting a 50/50 cost sharing.  They would be an employee of the library.
            • How is the lease?
              • Answer: They did renew the lease at Westwind Blvd for a 5-year lease.
          5. Update from Deborah:
            • Still looking for two Library Commissioners
            • Audit is nearly finished
        6. Archives Activity Report
          1. Update by Zayda Delgado:
            • Month of November, we received 32 resources requested from 0 county departments and 7 requestors
          2. Clerk of the Board of Supervisors pre-1906 BOS Meeting Minutes
            • Completed the intake of the minutes.
            • Secretary to remove from future agendas.
        7. Collections & Archives Recognition Awards
          1. Received a second nomination
          2. Nominations are due by January 12, 2023 to Amanda.King@sonoma-county.org
        8. Outreach
          1. Researching the History of a Sonoma County Property” pamphlet update:
            • Commission to review each March for updates to be published in June.
          2. Other California County Historical Records Commission
            • No update
        9. County Recorder update on the status of the Restrictive Covenant Modification Program
          1. Recorded our first manual submission

        1. 2023 Meeting Schedule
          1. Continue with 2nd Thursday of each month, 4-5PM
          2. Continue with Virtual meetings for January 2023 and February 2023
          3. Begin in-person meetings at the County Clerk-Recorder-Assessor's office, Sonoma Room, 585 Fiscal Dr Rm 103, Santa Rosa, CA 95403 for March 2023.
