  1. Call to Order Chairperson Vicky Farrow called to order the regular meeting of the Dry Creek Valley Citizens Advisory Council at 6:03 pm.
  2. Roll Call Present Councilmembers: Vicky Farrow, Bill Smith, Ruth Wilson, Jenny Gomez. Mike Tierney was absent as he has resigned his position on the Council due to a relocation of residence in November.
  3. Approval of Minutes On a motion by Councilmember Jenny Gomez, seconded by Councilmember Ruth Wilson, the September 20, 2018, Dry Creek Valley Citizens Advisory Council meeting minutes were approved. The motion carried on a voice vote, (4‐0).

  5. Correspondence ‐ None
  6. Councilmember Announcements and Disclosures: Information only ‐
    Councilmember Bill asked about potential replacements for Mike Tierney. Vicky shared that Winegrowers of Dry Creek Valley are working on finding a new councilmember for 2019.
  7. Referrals from PRMD ‐
    Referrals from Sonoma County PRMD     - None at this time
  8. Discussion Items Vicky asked Secretary, Sharon Pillsbury, to contact James Gore’s office, and Richard Kagle about renewing councilmembers. Check with James’ office also on the addition Guidelines to the Blue Book, Brown Act Training and updated Cannabis Ordinance training.

    Ongoing discussion of the Guidelines document progress
  10. Adjournment
    There being no other Council business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 6:31 pm; on a motion by Councilmember Jenny Gomez, seconded by Councilmember Ruth Wilson. The motion carried on a voice vote, (4‐0).
