About the EEO/ADA Public Access Division

Our Mission

The EEO/ADA Public Access Division of the County of Sonoma is committed to ensuring equal employment opportunity for those in the service of the County and equal access for all persons to the goods and services offered by the County of Sonoma.

Resource to Employees

  • Providing referrals as needed to support services (i.e. Employee Assistance Program)
  • Consulting with managers and supervisors on employee issues

Training

  • Providing training to all County employees on harassment and discrimination issues
  • Creating customized training to resolve conflict and build stronger teams through enhancing understanding of diversity and inclusion issues
  • Facilitating Sexual Harassment in-service training for employees upon department request
