Community Action Partnership of Sonoma County
Community Action Partnership of Sonoma County (CAP Sonoma) is a nonprofit organization with over 50 years of experience working side-by-side low-income families and individuals to help them set and reach personal, financial and academic goals; achieve economic stability; increase access to health and wellness resources; build community; and advocate for social and economic justice. CAP Sonoma utilizes a Whole Family Approach to community development, a strengths-based model that creates a legacy of educational success and economic prosperity from one generation to the next. CAP Sonoma embraces diversity, advocates for equitable policies, collaborates with like-minded organizations, and welcomes the participation of clients in the development and implementation of its programs and projects.
