- Contact Workforce Development (HR-WD) to inquire about availability of OD Consultant (OD) based on remaining allocation in contract and other planned work.
- Complete the OD Consultant Request Form (pdf: 168kB) if applicable.
- If OD available, Department/Agency initiates contact with OD to negotiate work plan/budget.
- Department/Agency drafts Statement of Work (SOW), utilizing the SOW Template (Word: 50kB) provided by HR-WD and incorporates the OD proposal.
- Department/Agency forwards completed SOW to HR-WD for review/approval.
- Once SOW is approved by HR-WD, Department/Agency initiates execution of SOW:
- Obtain signatures in this order: 1. OD Consultant, 2. Department/Agency, 3. HR-WD.
- Signatures electronically via Adobe e-Sign, or wet signatures via hard copies.
- If hard copy, Department/Agency responsible for forwarding signed SOW to OD.
- Once SOW executed, Department/Agency schedules logistics with OD Consultant.
- Per the SOW language, OD Consultant must send all invoices to Department/Agency contact and the HR-WD Analyst.
- Department/Agency requests payment of invoices through normal internal processes. WD Analyst and WD Manager should be copied on these requests.
