The Sonoma County Community Development Commission (CDC) is dedicated to creating homes for all in thriving and inclusive neighborhoods. The CDC was established in 1978 as the County's public housing authority and is Sonoma County's lead agency for housing and homeless programs.

Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds
On or about May 24, 2024 the Sonoma County Community Development Commission (SCCDC) will submit a request to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the release of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) as authorized by the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, Title 1 (42 U.S.C. 5301 et seq.), to undertake a project known as L and M Village Parking Lot Rehabilitation proposed by the City of Healdsburg for the purpose of repaving the parking lot of an existing transitional housing site located at 70 Healdsburg Avenue, Healdsburg, CA 95448 with estimated funding of $200,000 of CDBG funds.
