NOTICE IS GIVEN that the County of Sonoma intends to enter a lease agreement (“Lease”) with County of Sonoma Public Financing Corporation, for premises, comprised of the county Valley of the Moon Children’s Center Buildings, located at 100 Childrens Circle, Santa Rosa, CA and 112 Childrens Circle, Santa Rosa, CA, the county Fleet Building located at 709 Russell Ave., Santa Rosa CA and the county Family Justice Center located at 2755 Mendocino Ave., Santa Rosa CA. The Lease is part of a lease-leaseback transaction for financing certain County energy upgrade projects. The term of the Lease will be twenty (20) years, for total lease amount of up to Forty-five million and seven-hundred and fifty-eight thousand and six-hundred and eighty-two and 93/100 Dollars ($45,758,682). Additional information regarding the proposed Lease is available for public review at the County Administrator Office, 575 Administration Drive, Suite 104A, Santa Rosa, CA 95403. The Board of Supervisors is scheduled to meet on August 13, 2024 at or after 10:30am, at the Sonoma County Administration Building, Room 102A, 575 Administration Drive, Santa Rosa, California, to authorize consummation of the Lease.
