Nominations to the Sonoma County Continuum of Care (CoC) Board

Notice is hereby given for nominations to the Sonoma County Continuum of Care (CoC) Board. Packet soliciting nominations(PDF: 175kB) and elections to the Board at the next Continuum of Care Quarterly Meeting. Please read the full packet carefully (PDF: 175kB). This process is being shared widely with all CoC listservs and stakeholders and is based on careful review of the CoC Governance Charter and previous practice from 2014 – 2018.
Any individual may nominate someone for the CoC Board in the following categories:
- Individual with lived experience of homelessness in the last 2 years
- Transition Age Youth ages 18-24 with lived experience of homelessness in the last 2 years
- Private Funder
- Homeless advocate
- At Large (4 seats total)
The memo also outlines the process for Member Organizations to vote at the December 7, 2020 Quarterly Meeting as well as the process for proxy votes for member organizations. After tabulating results, the new CoC Board is scheduled to convene on December 9, 2020.
