In honor of National Healthcare Decisions Day and Week, April 15, 2018 - 22, 2018, My Care, My Plan: Speak Up, Sonoma County will hold several free workshops in Sonoma, Petaluma and Santa Rosa to encourage residents to speak up now about how they want to be treated if incapacitated in a future medical situation.
The Legislative Committee studies, reviews and advocates for legislative issues and concerns related to the well-being of seniors, adults with disabilities, and their caregivers in Sonoma County and makes appropriate recommendations to the Council.
