EpiPens for Schools
This program is for Sonoma County schools only. Schools located in other counties should contact their local health department to inquire about similar programs.
BioRidge Pharma has an EpiPen for schools program that allows qualified schools to obtain up to four free EpiPen Auto-Injectors. NOTE: The County posts the link to this program as a courtesy to schools, however the County is not associated in any way with BioRidge Pharma.
Sonoma County Public Health will provide the prescription you need for the pharmacy of your choice. We are unable to handle your ordering process with BioRidge. Please refer to the BioRidge information on obtaining EpiPens.
To order from BioRidge the school representative will need to:
- Request an EpiPen prescription from the Disease Control Unit using our Request an EpiPen Prescription PDF form. (download this form to your desktop first before filling out and submitting.)
- Log onto EpiPen for schools program and follow the instructions provided. For questions email info@bioridgepharma.com or call (973) 845-7600.
To order just a prescription from the county the school representative will need to:
- Request an EpiPen prescription from the Disease Control Unit using our Request an EpiPen Prescription PDF form. (download this form to your desktop first before filling out and submitting.)
- Pick up at Public Health.
