Continuum of Care Quarterly Membership Meetings
Sonoma County Continuum of Care (CoC) Membership Meetings are held on a quarterly basis. These meetings are an opportunity to provide updates on homeless initiatives within Sonoma County, provide trainings, to offer a venue for collaboration, and for interested parties to become a member of the Sonoma County CoC.
These meetings are open to the public, anyone who is interested in preventing and ending homelessness in our community can attend.
Sonoma County Continuum of Care (CoC) Membership Applications
The Sonoma County Continuum of Care (CoC) is now accepting applications to become a member of the Continuum of Care. The Sonoma County CoC addresses the problems of housing and homelessness by having a countywide, community-informed, and person-centered CoC system that is compassionate, inclusive, financially responsible, equitable, coordinated, and outcomes-based. Anyone or any entity committed to the prevention and ending of homeless is welcome in the Continuum of Care. Please see the attached membership application if you or your organization is interested in applying for General Membership or Voting Membership.
CoC Voting Membership and 2024 CoC Board Elections
Applications for CoC Membership are open year-round. However, the deadline to submit 2024 applications for Voting Membership for the upcoming CoC Board election closed November 8th 2023.
CoC Board Member elections will occur during a special CoC Membership meeting on December 13th, 2023 at 1:00 PM. Meeting login information can be accessed below in the “Upcoming Events” section of this webpage.
