FY 2024 CoC Renewal Evaluations: Rating & Ranking Process for the Continuum of Care Competition (Materials due May 01, 2024)
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires that local CoC’s prioritize all renewal and new projects submitted in our consolidated application for the CoC Program. As in previous years, CoC staff will work on the evaluation of existing projects, also called “renewal” projects, prior to the release of HUD’s Continuum of Care Program Notice of Funding Opportunity. Sonoma County Homeless Point in Time (PIT) Count 2024 Volunteer Registration Now Open! January 26th!
Friday, January 26th, 2024, is the Sonoma County Homeless Point-in-Time (PIT) Street Count for all populations of persons experiencing homelessness! We will have 5 regional deployment sites located in North County, West County, Sonoma Valley, Petaluma, and Santa Rosa; locations will be announced at a later date. How to get help in Sonoma County: A Community Webinar on Homelessness (#3)
