If your DACA expired on or after September 5, 2016
Please Bring:
- 2 passport size photos
- Your prior work permit and/or DACA approval notice
- Copy of previous application, if possible
During the clinic, you will receive free advice from licensed attorneys regarding your DACA renewal eligibility and, when possible, help filling out your application.
Beware of Notario Fraud – do not accept immigration ad-vice from unlicensed attorneys or unlicensed representatives.
