    1. Funding for Nesting Support Project. Funding for Madrone Audubon Society’s nesting support project on West 9th Street in Santa Rosa consisting of creating fencing and a large area of straw mats underneath two median street trees, including covering closed asphalt traffic lanes.  Area is maintained at least three days per week by sweeping area and adjusting/replacing fencing and straw.  Madrone Audubon Society also manages an encroachment permit with City of Santa Rosa, interfacing with City of Santa Rosa Police, community members, and California Department of Fish & Wildlife.  $3,000.00.  Susan Kirks, Madrone Audubon Society, Sonoma County.  Second Reading.
    2. Annual Budget and Annual Report Timeline. Discuss annual budget and annual report timeline.
    3. Ongoing Interactions with Sonoma County District Attorney’s Office. Discuss ongoing interactions between Sonoma County District Attorney’s Office, Sonoma County Department of Agriculture/Weights & Measures, Sonoma County Fish & Wildlife Commission, and California Department of Fish & Wildlife. 
    4. Ongoing Discussion Regarding Commission Outreach. Discuss ongoing outreach and advertising efforts.

    1. Avian Influenza Update. Ashton Kluttz, The Bird Rescue Center of Sonoma County.
