Notice of Public Hearing – November 16, 2022
The Sonoma County Community Development Committee and the Cities and Towns Advisory Committee will hold a concurrent public hearing to consider applications submitted for funding for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), HOME Community Housing Development Organization (HOME-CHDO), CDBG Cares Act (CDBG-CV), and Low and Moderate Income Housing Asset Fund (LMIHAF) for eligible capital projects, affordable housing projects, supportive services, rapid rehousing, homeless support services, fair housing, non-congregate shelter, and economic development activities. The Sonoma County Community Development Commission has prepared a draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for projects funded and completed during the FY 21-22 reporting period. This report highlights the accomplishments of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), the Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Programs and is available for review. The Sonoma County Community Development Commission, in its capacity as the Sonoma County Housing Authority, has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Project Based Vouchers (PBV) for existing housing.
