Walk-Up Services Hours and Information

Beginning Monday, April 19th the Board of Supervisors Department and County Administrator’s Office will be open for limited walk-up services Monday’s and Tuesday’ 8am-5pm, closed at 12pm for one hour, and Thursday’s 1pm-5pm. All services continue to be provided remotely. Call (707) 565-2241 for further details.

If you have a physical document to submit, please mail it to 575 Administration, Room 100A, Santa Rosa, CA 95403.

Tort claims and lawsuits that are required to be hand-delivered to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors will continue to be accepted by U.S. mail.

To deliver a tort claim or lawsuit in person, please deposit your documents in the Human Resources Drop Box located at 575 Administration Dr, Santa Rosa CA 95403 on the north end of the building. The Drop Box is checked daily. A tort claim or lawsuit will be deemed served on the business day before it is retrieved from the Drop Box.
