A Special Note About Professional Liability, Cyber Liability; and Technology Errors & Omissions
Cyber Liability Insurance (Network Security & Privacy and Technology Errors and Omissions):
Network Security & Privacy Insurance: Required if vendor/consultant has access to individuals' private, personally identifiable information, or if the agreement involves sharing of data or electronic information.
Technology Errors and Omissions Insurance: Required if vendor is providing a technology service (data storage, website, designers, etc.) or product (software providers).

Sole Proprietors with limited Auto Use
Limited Auto Use is defined as occasional trips to meetings. If the Scope of Work includes even a remote possibility of transporting people or property it is NOT Limited Auto Use.

Sole Proprietors with more Auto Use
