1 Term of Memorandum
This Memorandum of Understanding shall take effect on the date approved by the Board of Supervisors, and shall remain in full force and effect, up to and including February 28, 2023.
The Memorandum of Understanding shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on February 28, 2023.
The Union shall serve on the County its written request to commence negotiations as well as its initial proposals for any successor Memorandum of Understanding by the first week in September 2022. Negotiations shall commence by the second week of October 2022.
