The lease for 195 Concourse Boulevard, Santa Rosa, is a 4,310 sq. ft. office/warehouse facility.
The primary function of the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Agency is to plan, implement, and evaluate the local Emergency Medical Services system and various components of Emergency Medical Services for the Counties of Sonoma and Mendocino. The lease for 195 Concourse Boulevard, Santa Rosa, is a 4,310 sq. ft. office/warehouse facility. This facility allows EMS to consolidate its staff operation into one location, and more effectively address its medical logistic support concerns; provides improved access to the Sonoma County Airport; proximity to County Emergency Services and Sheriff’s airborne operations (helicopter and REACH), and more expedient and direct freeway access to Mendocino County; temperature-controlled warehouse space to meet the requirements of Public Health Preparedness supply storage; and training space for certifications and accreditation of EMTs and paramedics from Mendocino and Sonoma Counties.
