   2. Library Commissioner Liaison Report
      1. Update from Eve Goldberg:
         • Approved a 5 year contract for a company named Bibliotecha for a new check-out system.
         • Approved a 2 year contract for an online discovery layer, Bibliocommons, the prior application used is outdated. Makes the online experience for the user more tailored to what they’re looking for in their searches.
         • Had a moving presentation by Jessica Hoover about Trauma Informed Safety Plan the library is now using.
         • Given a report about Youth Services and the last decade of Measure Y and what it has allowed for enhancing services such as increasing from 1 to 12 teen librarians.

         • Library Update by Jaime Anderson:
           • Library provided a Library Update Presentation called, “Libraries are for Everyone”.  They are reaching out to many community organizations and groups to present this information.
         • Archives Operating Agreement Update

           • Playback Memory Lab is still very popular
           • Opened the Playback Memory Station, digitization equipment at the Healdsburg Library

           • Preparing grants to apply for H&G and Archives to improve shelving and increase shelving we have - https://www.groundworkgrants.org
           • H&G will finally be getting a new HVAC and ADA ramp in July.  Tentatively scheduled to be closed 1-2 weeks in July, dates TBD.  In the Fall, we will work with a design company to re-organize internal facilities items.
   4. Archives Activity Report
      1. Update by Zayda Delgado:
         • Fourteen (14) resources requested.  Two (2) requests from one county agencies, Five (5) unique requestors for the month of April.
   5. Collections & Archives Recognition Awards
      1. Margaret has prepared a document on roles and responsibilities of the Commissioners for the Collections and Archives Recognition Awards.  Margaret will send draft to Secretary for distribution.
   6. Outreach
      1. “Researching the History of a Sonoma County Property” pamphlet update:
         • Secretary will review submitted changes for a June 2024 update.
   7. Strategic Planning

      2. Secretary to put the link to the Archives video on the HRC website
   8. County Recorder update on the status of the Restrictive Covenant Modification Program
      1. Documents January 1964 through July 1973 have been reviewed; there are two RCMs waiting to be recorded, we are working on a page sizing issue with the vendor.
   9. Legislative Updates pertaining to public records
