          • No update
        2. Update by Ann Hammond:
          • All of the materials out of Los Guilicos in the Phase 1 location by the Airport.
          • Completing the improvements to the Phase 2 location
          • Should be a few more weeks until the materials are available to the public for request again.
          • Grateful to the County and the Farm Bureau for all of their support and thank you to the HRC as well.
        3. Questions:
          • Joyce: you palletized everything, so are you breaking down all the shelving at LG and reinstalling it at the new space?
            • Ann: everything other than the ledger shelves, which were too large for the new space.  They are building new shelving.
          • Eric: Do you have a rough estimate on un-palletizing?
            • Ann: roughly 8 weeks for everything
      3. Archives Activity Report
        1. See above
          1. Strategic Planning
            1. Postpone until more information is known about the Archives.
          2. Collections & Archives Recognition Awards
            1. Nominations
              1. Margaret: would like to recuse myself since I wrote one of the nominations.
              2. Amanda: Is it Collections or Collection?
                1. Eric and John: Collections
              3. Discussion on Nominations:
                1. Eric: It was a hard time evaluating nominations for individuals up against nominations for entire agencies
                2. John: I think they all deserve an award and recognition and think of updating criteria next time.
              4. Nominees:
                1. Judy Gustafson, individual recognition category, dedicated volunteer and has mentored students over the years, cataloguing, giving tours
                2. Office of Cultural Resource Studies, Caltrans District 4 and Special Collections Archive, Sonoma State University Library, special project category with exceptional service at both ends.  Records are very restricted at the CalTrans facility so this is definitely something out of the ordinary.  The story is compelling and the scope.
                3. Santa Rosa High School Foundation, educational category, had to dig into what the actual recognition is.  It is the museum and the professor uses the Museum as a living archive for students to learn about a certain period or material.  The museum is going through active collection.  Becomes not only a collection itself but is also educational about Archives in general.
                4. Sonoma Valley Historical Society, Inc., collaborative partnership category, longevity and commitment, actively digitizing documents, partnership with the California State Library, 3rd Grade curriculum program, partnering with newspapers
              5. Nominate that we award the nominees
                1. Motion by John Murphey
