    1. August 11, 2020 Minutes
      1. Due to lack of quorum, moved to the October 13, 2020 agenda for approval
      2. Budget Discussion
        1. $4,292.00 balance
        2. Secretary sent request for information about Community Investment Program/Grant.
      3. Continuing Business 
        1. Archives Activity
          1. Update from Sarah Vantrease, Library
          2. No change in the environment at the Archives for better or for worse
          3. Joyce Sayed requested from Sarah Vantrease to give feedback information about what kind of Disaster Recovery Plan the Library has for the Archives and report at the next meeting.
          4. Library Commissioner Update
            1. Developing a project called Sonoma Responds related to collecting primary history occurring in the COVID-19, Black Lives Matters, protests, 1st person accounts.  Working with Sonoma State University, incorporating assignments into their curriculum.  End of the month launching a digital submission web portal.  Form for confidential responses related to their experiences.  Ways to collect digital materials.
            2. Museum of Sonoma County doing something similar for event archives

              1. John Murphey to send out updated Strategic Plan items 2-4
            3. Collections & Archives Recognition Awards
              1. Sonoma County Historical Society (SCHS) cancelled 2020 events and most likely will reschedule to March 2021.
