  1. Call to order 4:03 pm
    1. The March 10, 2020 Minutes were approved
      1. Motion by Eric Stanley to approve minutes
      2. Second by Steven Lovejoy

    2. Budget Discussion
      1. $4,292.00 balance
      2. Secretary to check on status of grants offered by Sonoma County
    3. Continuing Business 
      1. Archives Activity
        1. Update from Sarah Vantrease, Library
        2. Sonoma County Library was closed due to pandemic (now reopened for curbside and virtual service)
        3. Library no longer able to move forward on the Contract related to Archives Inventory and Rehousing of the Archives project.
          1. Looking at in house inventory, but current staffing is very low.
          2. The money was budgeted but ended up being reallocated to curbside service and other COVID related expenses.
          3. Position for History & Genealogy Library Manager has been frozen (Katherine's previous position)
          4. Sarah Vantrease will continue to be the contact related to the Archives
          5. Los Guilicos Archives site was renewed, believed to be no changes and for 1 year.
      2. Library Commissioner Update
        1. Refocusing on the Library Strategic Planning that was originally set to finish in March 2020.
        2. Developing a project called Sonoma Responds related to collecting primary history occurring in the COVID-19, Black Lives Matters, protests, 1st person accounts.  Working with Sonoma State University, incorporating assignments into their curriculum.  End of the month launching a digital submission web portal.  Form for confidential responses related to their experiences.  Ways to collect digital materials.
        3. Moving digital collections to Quartex for better access and discovery - going public this fall.
      3. Archives Task Force
        1. Members Deborah Lindley, Sarah Vantrease, and Darin Bartow did not meet this month:
          1. Secretary signed up County Recorder as member of this task force.
      4. Strategic Planning
        1. John Murphey to send out updated Strategic Plan items 2-4
      5. Collections & Archives Recognition Awards
        1. Sonoma County Historical Society (SCHS) discussion October 25, 2020 in regards to the rescheduled March 29, 2020 luncheon.  Most likely will skip 2020 and reschedule to March 2021.
      6. Outreach
        1. County Recorder put the 1830-1963 Grantor/Grantee Indices online in March 2020.
