      1. Darin Bartow, Deborah Lindley, and Sarah Vantrease have been unable to meet since October due to fires.  Sarah has reached out to set up a meeting with Darin and Deborah.

    5. Collections & Archives Recognition Awards, March 2021
      1. John Murphey sent information to Commissioners relating to Awards
      2. Discussion occurred relating to make nomination form as simple as possible, similar to Sonoma County historical Society (SCHS) Award Application
      3. Suggestion to coordinate with SCHS regarding their awardees
      4. Goal of our participation is to raise the awareness of the Historical Records Commission
      5. Eric Stanley to reach out to Ray Johnson, President of the Sonoma County Historical Society, to have on their February 2020 meeting agenda.

      1. Through the History and Genealogy Library's December e-Newsletter, reported on the Archives Crawl and Historical Records Commission

      1. Sarah Vantrease reports on Library Commission approving money for box level inventory in a machine searchable format, preparing an RFP

    5. Steven Lovejoy commented that Dr. Margaret Press, speaker at the Finley Center on The DNA Doe Project, was a very good speaker.
