To differentiate the year and clarify any confusion with international date formats, a four character year will always be used.
Dates within Sentences

- November 2015
Do not forget to include the preceding 0 before single-digit months and days.
Use a hyphen (-) as a separator for date ranges. Do not use a slash (/) which is sometimes incorrectly used for fiscal years.

Time – Content
The 12-hour clock is used. Always use h:mm or hh:mm format, even for times that are on the hour, followed by a space ( ) and AM or PM in allcaps. Do not use "am" or "a.m."
