Voice Recorded Public Comment: To submit public comment via recorded message, please call (707) 565-6105 by 5:00 PM Wednesday, June 17, 2020. State your name and the item number(s) on which you wish to speak. The recordings will be limited to three minutes. These comments may be played at the appropriate time during the hearing.
Email Public Comment: To submit an emailed public comment to the Project Review and Advisory Committee please email Chelsea.Holup@sonoma-county.org. Please provide your name, the agenda number(s) on which you wish to speak, and your comment. These comments will be emailed to all Committee Members.

Public Comment During the Meeting

Public Comment Using Zoom: Members of the public who join the Zoom meeting, either through the Zoom app or by calling in, will be able to provide live public comment at specific points throughout the meeting.
Email Public Comment: One may also email public comment to Chelsea.Holup@sonoma-county.org throughout the meeting. All emailed public comments will be forwarded to all Committee Members.

If you wish to speak on an item under discussion by the Project Review and Advisory Committee which appears on this Agenda, you may do so upon receiving recognition from the Chair. Please step up to the rostrum located in the center of the room. State your name and address for the record before making your presentation. All hearings are recorded. Time limitations on public testimony may be imposed at the discretion of the Project Review and Advisory Committee.
