Permit Sonoma has prepared Annual Progress Reports on the status of implementing the programs contained within the Sonoma County General Plan. The report contains updates on the following programs:

Also summarized in the Annual Progress Report is information that the County reports to state agencies on dwelling units permitted in the calendar year by affordability category. The General Plan continues to provide a broad policy framework for city-centered growth in the County, and the 2014 Housing Element programs continue to address housing needs during 2018, which have increased due to 2017 wildfires.
