Family, Youth and Children's Services provides foster care for Sonoma County children and teens removed from unsafe homes due to abuse or neglect. Staff also recruit and train foster parents to provide safe, stable, caring homes for foster children and teens.
To care for children and youth who are no longer safe with their parents or guardians, FYC provides immediate, temporary, emergency shelter with caring professionals and volunteers in this peaceful, stable, supportive and nurturing group environment, until a licensed foster home or appropriate placement is arranged.
