Care Provider Payroll

To be paid once you are working, you must:

  1. Fill out your time-sheet completely.
  2. Have your employer sign your completed time-sheet.
  3. Submit your time-sheet by the deadline to:

IHSS Provider PayrollIf you have questions about payroll or deductions, call IHSS Public Authority Payroll at (707) 565-2852. You can also get your own timesheet and paycheck information online at sonomaproviderportal.org, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, or after hours by calling (707) 565-2852 and following the phone menu. 

Payroll Direct Deposit

To have your IHSS check sent directly into your bank account, sign up for direct deposit.

Fill out the form, and mail it to:

What Benefits Can I Get?

You are eligible for medical and dental benefits if you work 75 hours for two consecutive months. Rules, deadlines, and eligibility requirements apply for eligibility. There is currently a waiting list to sign up for health and dental insurance.
