Rosa Reynoza

Rosa ReynozaRosa Reynoza was born in Humboldt County and moved to Windsor in 1979. The middle child of five, Rosa was raised by her Mexican mother and father that always had their doors opened to both family and friends in times of need. It never felt like an inconvenience when asked to share a bedroom with all four sisters, when making room for guests – it was just the thing to do.

Giving back to her community started at a very young age at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and The Windsor Grange. She did everything from cleaning to folding clothes for the sisters to serving food to the older adults. Rosa continues to participate and sit on many local Boards including Reach for Home, Windsor Service Alliance, and St. Vincent de Paul. Rosa is often asked to join task forces and stakeholder meetings so she can provide her insight from being a community advocate and her involvement all around Sonoma County throughout the year.

Rosa is also a commissioner with the Sonoma County Area Agency on Aging where she serves as the Chair of the Housing Committee.
