Description of Operation:
Site where curbside residential and commercial mixed and single stream recyclable material will be stored and transferred into larger trucks. No processing of solid waste or recycling other than baling. The facility will not be open to the general
public.

Public Notice is Herby Given, In compliance with AB1497 and California
Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 27 Section 21660.3, that the Sonoma County
Department of Health Services, Solid Waste Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) is
processing a Registration Permit for Recology Sonoma Marin.
Please be advised that the Sonoma County LEA received and accepted for
filing a Registration Permit for a Medium Volume Transfer/Processing Facility
located at 2543 Petaluma Boulevard South, Petaluma, California. The LEA has determined the Registration is
complete and correct, as per Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations
(CCR) Section 18104.1. The LEA is
certified by the California Department of Resources, Recycling and Recovery
(CalRecycle) to enforce state laws and regulations at solid waste sites within
Sonoma County, including Medium Volume Transfer/Processing Facilities.
