County’s Responsible Beverage Service Training Program Approved by the California Alcoholic Beverage Control

Responsible Beverage Service Training May 2021 logo 130The Behavioral Health Division, Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Prevention Unit, has been approved by the CA Alcoholic Beverage Control to deliver Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Training in advance of the July 1, 2022 start date for Assembly Bill 1221, the RBS Training Program. County RBS trainings now officially meet the new State regulations for on-sale licensees that includes employees and managers of bars, restaurants, wineries and breweries while also meeting the existing local Municipal Codes for off-sale licensees: stores, markets, mini-marts, and gas stations.
