Animal Services is responsible for the enforcement of city and county ordinances and state laws pertaining to animals, primarily domestic. These include licensing and vaccination requirements as well as stray animal, dangerous/vicious, and nuisance provisions, and the enforcement of cruelty regulations.
If you are reporting an emergency situation, such as a situation involving an injured animal, please contact us by phone at (707) 565-7100. After shelter hours, please contact your local police department.
To report a non-emergency issue, please complete the information below. PLEASE NOTE – In order to contact a pet owner regarding an animal-related complaint such as barking, Animal Services staff MUST have your name, address and contact information.
