County of Sonoma is pleased to announce that WCE and the County signed a comprehensive
Tentative Agreement on November 12, 2019. The agreement includes the following
terms: salary increases and increases in the County’s contributions toward
medical benefits for all represented employees to 2023; increased professional
development resources for all represented employees, and WCE’s participation in
a labor-management committee regarding retirement-related matters. The County
thanks the WCE bargaining team members for their hard work.
