Sonoma County Law Enforcement Management Association (SCLEMA)

The Sonoma County Law Enforcement Management Association represents approximately 22 management positions in the Sheriff’s Office, Probation, District Attorney’s Office, and Human Services Department including: correctional division Lieutenants and Captains, Sheriff’s Dispatch unit, and criminal investigations in the District Attorney’s Office and Welfare Fraud Unit. Refer to Appendix A of the MOU for a list of job classifications in this bargaining unit.

 The Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Sonoma and the Sonoma County Law Enforcement Management Association is a contract that represents the negotiated agreement on all of the subjects contained in the document for the specified time period.
