Sonoma County Law Enforcement Association SCLEA Labor Negotiations Summary

The County of Sonoma and SCLEA bargaining representatives met for the parties’ 7th negotiations session on May 24, 2019.  The County passed proposed final contract language on a number of non-economic proposals along with updated language capturing recently approved adjustments to the County’s equity proposals. While the parties are close to agreement on the core economic areas, there remains a number of open issues including special assignment pay, notification of shift changes, classification study procedure, and boot allowance.  The parties return to the bargaining table on June 10th.
