Free App and Online Resource for Managing Emotional Wellbeing

The County’s Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) provider, Beacon Health Options (formerly known as ValueOptions) is launching a free, COVID-19 / Mental Wellness resource. MyStrength is a unique, online emotional health program that can be accessed via a computer or smartphone app. It has an extensive library of articles, videos, and eLearning programs that are aimed at helping members navigate new COVID-19 challenges such as a heightened level of stress and anxiety, feelings of isolation, and parental challenges as families work and learn together all

You must register by August 31, 2020 to access the resource through September 30, 2020.

Be Well,
