Below you will find the necessary Judicial Counsel forms you need to fill out and provide to the Sonoma County Superior Court Clerk’s Office to facilitate a Proposition 64 review, possible reduction and or expungement of your prior Marijuana conviction. This process can take between three to six weeks.

We currently have a dedicated full time Deputy District Attorney proactively culling previous convictions that qualify for relief under Proposition 64 and are initiating the reduction and/or expungement proceedings. If you have any questions about Proposition 64 relief please contact us at the following e-mail address that is continuously being monitored Prop64@sonoma-county.org
