Victim Services Available for Victims/Witnesses of Jacob’s Park Shooting

Santa Rosa,CA | June 07, 2019

On Wednesday June 5, 2019 at 7:35 p.m., Santa Rosa Police responded to multiple calls of a shooting at Jacobs Park in West Santa Rosa. Upon arrival they determined that 3 victims had been shot with a firearm. A fourth victim was identified shortly thereafter at an area hospital. Santa Rosa Police Department has identified the victims as all male with ages of 46-years-old, 21-years-old, 20-years-old, and 11-years-old. All victims are residents of Santa Rosa.

Due to the large numbers of people in and around the park at the time of the incident, the Victim Services Division of the Sonoma County District Attorney’s Office would like to notify the members of this community that if you were a victim, or a witness, to the Jacob’s Park shooting that you may be eligible for “victim services”.
